Appointments decreased by 8.3% last week when seasonally adjusted due to the Thanksgiving Holiday closure. The number of sold properties rose slightly, taking our Sold/Appointment Index down to 11.0 appointments on average per property sold. With March Break behind us and more moderate temperatures upon us, activity in the Appointment Centre has certainly increased with appointment bookings up 49% over the previous week. A combination of March Break and the office closures due to the snow storm that began on Tuesday saw the Appointment Centre experience a decrease of approximately 20% in the number of appointments booked. The number of properties sold, however, was up this week improving our Sold/Appointment Index to 20.3
