New gadgets that we’ve discovered in homes that we think you should know about!

Technology is always changing and there are so many new gadgets being implemented into homes nowadays. Some things that we’ve recently come across that we thought might interest you are;

  1. Soft closing drawers - Most renovated homes have these now because they are cheap and effective. However you may find it sucks when you have an argument with someone and you can’t slam something
  2. Wall switches with Bluetooth - We saw this at Best Buy the other day for under $30.00. Replace any switch with this one and boom you can now shut your bedroom light off with your phone!
  3. Slim LED pot lights - These are cool. Super thin. 3" 8 pack for 250$. Great for spaces with low clearance. Energy saving. Actually has 6 light settings ie. 3000k 4500k
  4. Gator garage or other lifts - I myself have one and it is great! Asked for it in the inclusions in the offer since it was bolted in. We have our bikes hanging, skiis, kids toys, baby stroller - all lifted up. Now truth be told you need a higher garage ceiling for this. We have 12' ceilings luckily.
  5. Nest door bell - See who's at your door from your phone. Watch the kids leave for school, amazon packages being delivered or your spouses bf/gf coming over and leaving before you get home. Whatever you wanna use it for.
  6. Numbered entry key pad - No more looking for your keys. 1234 is all you need to know to get in your house now. No need to lend keys to friends, family or neighbors. Need someone to let the pets out because you’re stuck at work? Just hand over the code. Don't worry about a key. Change the code when needed. Nice for times when the kids lock ya out.
